Bob Howard is competent, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices could do with a downward adjustment, but if you're fixing a warranty issue they're the place to go.

It was easy to get an appointment and the work was completed in a reasonable period of time while I waited for the car. They made no effort to upsell me, but my 2023 vehicle has less than 25K miles on it, so not much needed. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda. The savings for the synthetic oil change was about 50% as compared to other service providers. It is important for me to have all my service provided by the same establishment, so I will probably keep them until my vehicle warranty expires.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and a all wheel alignment they did not rotate my tires this is the second time this has happened I had to call and go back up there but they did give Me a refund and rotated the tires but my question is why charge me and not do the work and also when I dropped off the car I had told the advisor that my tires was not rotated on a previous visit so please make sure it gets done this time but I guess that didn't get ... The important things matter at Bob Howard Honda! I have appreciated that they only suggest work when absolutely necessary! They are honest and efficient! I only give 4 stars because the facility could be nicer and it would be nice if they pulled the car around for you. The two times I’ve been I am pointed in the direction of my car and sent off to hunt for it. But as far as quality of work and efficiency I’d give 5 stars all the way!

Good car, good price, good sales rep, easy transaction. My main complaint is the interior of the car was not cleaned or detailed, and the car had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Not huge items obviously, but do give the appearance that you're just another number to them and kinda bow tied the entire experience to the negative side. I put yes that I would recommend this dealership as there's no option for maybe.

I am giving a 5 star mainly because of service advisor TJ has been a great help and deserves a good review. I have taken my car in multiple times for the same cracking noise that never went away. This is my first Honda vehicle and my first time getting service it serviced. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. The first person that took my phone call, to the service manager. Everyone did an excellent job.
I was greeted professionally and promptly. During the appointment there was constant check ins. I will note one thing that I thought was exceptionally above and beyond was when other customers had additional things wrong on their vehicles than they initially thought: The tecs would come in and explain directly to the customer what they were seeing or what was wrong in a language that they can understand

I had to replaced my dead batter. I bought the batter Elsewhere and called to see if they could install it for me. The appointment was set very easily and friendly. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. My battery was replaced in a timely manner and the best thing was that I was not charged. Highly recommend.
