I purchased a used car from them with multiple problems. I was told that the cars go through a 100+ point check to make sure they function properly and any services they need are complete. Well, the car I bought had problems with the headlights. I say had because I fixed it. There is a problem with with dual climate hvac system. I have no idea what is going on with it. TJ was very professional and kind. I feel my service was done in an efficient amount of time.

They left the brake fluid off. It was low at least i thought they should have at least filled up. I spent 500.00. Not sure who exactly serviced it. Doesnt give me much faith in them.

Recent experience at Bob Howard Honda Edmond, OK was the best service experience I’ve had in my life all because of Gino. I’ve owned Honda’s consistently for 22 years now. Gino and the mechanic diagnosed my problem and had it fixed then back in my hands in record time. Turbocharger replaced plus he had to work out details with a third party extended warranty company. Handled it all with poise and professionalism at the highest level possible!

Wonderful to have a service person who is so easy to talk to , Angela is the best at her job that I have ever experienced. I appreciate her honesty and information regarding my vehicle.

My service representative was Tank. He checked me in quickly, told me what some of my options were. I got my car back in a quick period of time, I had oil changed, cabin, air filter changed, and coolant flushed. All of that was done in about one and a half hours. I took my 2020 Honda Accord in for a routine wheel alignment in early April 2025. During the visit, the dealership conducted a “courtesy check” on the vehicle and presented me with a list of “necessary” maintenance items totaling $2,600. It was apparent that many of these “necessary” items were completely unwarranted for the car’s age and mileage—premature by approximately 25,000 miles.
