The Honda CR-V has a gasoline tank size of 14.0 gallons, and buyers will appreciate it to the last drop. Don't let them sucker you into the flash drive at the end, it's so you can't see how bad they get you when you sign on their little pad they had zoomed in to get your signature. Don't let them give you the "free" $993.00 add on for the CalTex they have NOT treated your car and windshield with, and then try to tell you it's the little box of cleaner they give you. Don't let them tell you to go to their website to cancel the overpriced extended warranty , just go straight to the company website (roadreadyhub) and don't let them tell you you can't refinance for 60-90 days. Don't tell them your pay off on your vehicle or the interest rate your bank offered, don't disbelieve the other customers who have left reviews her and told how their cars were not right as soon as they drove off. Ours had the AWD light come on after we had driven it 50 miles. It was because they had only put two new tires on the back. They did put 4 new tires on it Monday, and my husband had to take the day off and drive 100 miles to have done what should have been done right first. We are not letting the lie told and sold about the ceramic coating I was charged for end here..it's a matter of principle. I don't mind paying for the car, I don't mind people being paid to do their job. I do mind being lied to and then talked to like that finance manager talked to me. Bob Howard may have gotten the $699 doc fee to help float his boat .. yacht...but I will not let this rest until they are held accountable for being liars and charging me almost $1000 for what G explicitly told me was an add on for free. BUYERS BEWARE! One more thing..check the laws of Oklahoma, pretty sure you can record audio without asking for consent. And that may just be the ace in the hole. The two videos on my Google review are what they are calling Ceramic Coating from CalTex. And the fabric that was supposed to be treated. Lookup videos of how it really works when it is treated.

I've been choosing this dealership for years. You have much better service managers now, but I wasn't very happy today when the mechanic drove my car getting grease and dirt all over the inside of my door, and steering wheel.
Tank worked with me to get my disabled vehicle towed to dealership and expedited getting it checked out

I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in to Bob Howard Honda for an oil change, and that part of my visit went smoothly. My service advisor was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I have no complaints about him or the customer service I received during my visit.
However, I was disappointed by two service recommendations I received: a cabin air filter replacement and a brake fluid exchange. The estimate for both services totaled about $283.
The problem is that both of these services had already been completed within the last 4,000 miles. The cabin air filter was removed and inspected, and it only had some pieces of debris that appeared to have come from a tree or outside environment. After removing the debris, the filter itself looked nearly new. The brake fluid exchange had been performed only about 3,700 miles earlier, yet the inspection report stated that the brake fluid was “heavily corroded.” We checked the brake fluid ourselves, and what was visible in the reservoir was clean and clear—not dirty or contaminated.
My concern is that if I had simply accepted these recommendations without questioning them or remembering my recent maintenance history, I would have spent $283 on services that were completely unnecessary.
I appreciate that the oil change was completed without any issues and that my service advisor was courteous throughout the visit. My concern is with the inspection and maintenance recommendations themselves. Experiences like this make it difficult to trust future service recommendations, and I hope the dealership takes a closer look at its inspection process so customers can feel confident that recommended services are truly needed.
Our salesman, Zach, was very informative and helpful. We came end looking at a Passport. When you didn’t have one in a color we liked, Zack showed us a Pilot and did a comparison to the Passport and since we will not be going off-roading the Pilot actually fit our needs better.

Smooth sailing experience with Bob Howard Honda Service center today. In and out within 1 hr 30 minutes. The service advisor was knowledgeable about things my car needed. The service area could be refined a bit but outside of that it’s always a good experience here.

TJ is awesome!! However, there were way too many appointments made. It always takes far too long for service here. And the playroom was literally nasty dirty. My granddaughter was with me, but I didn't want to play with the toys that had a layer of grunge all over them.

Bob Howard is competent, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices could do with a downward adjustment, but if you're fixing a warranty issue they're the place to go.

It was easy to get an appointment and the work was completed in a reasonable period of time while I waited for the car. They made no effort to upsell me, but my 2023 vehicle has less than 25K miles on it, so not much needed. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda. The savings for the synthetic oil change was about 50% as compared to other service providers. It is important for me to have all my service provided by the same establishment, so I will probably keep them until my vehicle warranty expires.

The important things matter at Bob Howard Honda! I have appreciated that they only suggest work when absolutely necessary! They are honest and efficient! I only give 4 stars because the facility could be nicer and it would be nice if they pulled the car around for you. The two times I’ve been I am pointed in the direction of my car and sent off to hunt for it. But as far as quality of work and efficiency I’d give 5 stars all the way!

Good car, good price, good sales rep, easy transaction. My main complaint is the interior of the car was not cleaned or detailed, and the car had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Not huge items obviously, but do give the appearance that you're just another number to them and kinda bow tied the entire experience to the negative side.
